Zumba® is a group aerobic fitness programme inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to world music, including salsa, merengue and reggaeton, but we throw in some pop too!
Claro Fitness offers easy to follow Zumba® classes run byClaire, who has been licenced since 2012, and teaching since 2013. Anybody is welcome and classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Weincorporate fitness elements including cardio, muscle conditioning, bodyweight moves, balance and flexibility, all set to uplifting music. Treat yourself to a fantastic fitness class which is suitable for anyone.
You can work at your own pace in a relaxed atmosphere, with the routines being energising and effective.
Take an hour to yourself to let go, take a bit of time for yourself, or meet up and work out and have a giggle with friends.
Find a way of exercising that suits you, makes you happy, makes you smile and makes you look forward to it, and you will stay consistent. You don't need to walk out of any exercise programme feeling broken and disheartened.
